They sneered at my enquiry and made me feel like I was unwelcome asking them about a product I was going to purchase. The older gentleman commented on my query with ridicule and the younger woman spoke to me like I was asking a stupid question. This is not the way to speak to customers and I will NOT be returning to them or tell people to visit them.
